The Collaboration Behind the Kilt

The Tilted Kilt franchise is made possible by a lean, mean, hard-working group of talented individuals. All based at our headquarters in Tempe, Arizona, these executives are responsible for spreading the concept, upholding brand standards and ultimately delivering the idea that “A Cold Beer Never Looked So Good.”®


Ron Lynch - President

Ron Lynch’s business and franchising experience is extensive, spanning four concepts and 30 years. He has been a multi-unit operator, a developer and a franchisee. His experience on all sides of the franchise business model gives him a perspective few in the industry can boast. Ron and his team developed and opened over 100 Schlotzsky’s Deli franchises. For this effort he was named “Developer of The Year” five consecutive years. He also built a successful six-store sporting goods chain.

Ron has been President of the Tilted Kilt Franchise Operating LLC since 2005 and began franchising the concept in 2006.  He is a member of the International Franchise Association where he holds the designation of Certified Franchise Executive (CFE). The Tilted Kilt brand is fueled by Ron’s commitment to The Code of the Clan Tilted Kilt by which he expects every person at every level of the organization to operate. The code embodies the values of pride, integrity, respect, strong work ethic and fun. Ron believes in building customer loyalty through exceptional service and commitment to family and community. Lynch is past president and active member of the Tempe Diablo’s, a civic organization with a focus on Youth, the City of Tempe and Education.


EDDIE GOITIA – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Eddie Goitia has 25 years of experience in the restaurant business.  He has been in involved in the purchase, development, operations and sales of multi-unit restaurants.   Eddie also has extensive experience with real estate development and the lease negotiation process.

Eddie joined TKFO in 2012 and oversees the strategic long term planning and financial well-being of the company. He manages TKFO’s human resources department and works directly with the company Vice Presidents to assist them with achieving their departmental financial goals.   His ultimate goal is creating profitability for the franchise system.


LOGAN REVES – VP OF OPERATIONS

Logan Reves is no “newbie” to the restaurant and franchising industry. In his professional career which spans 35 years he has grown through the ranks from kitchen employee to restaurant executive having substantial tenured experience in both the franchisor and franchisee business models. Logan’s restaurant and business expertise covers a wide range of skills with specialty in franchising including: Sales, Development, Marketing, Operations and Brand Leadership.

His restaurant experience includes management and leadership in the quick serve and fast casual segments for national restaurant brands. He is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and International Franchise Association (IFA) whereas he has earned the distinction of Certified Franchise Executive (CFE).

Since joining TKFO in 2014 Logan oversees company owned and franchise owned operations, collaborates with the Area Developer and Franchisee network and supervises the operations field staff.


Kristin Cronhardt - Vice President of Marketing

Kristin Cronhardt has been involved in Franchise Restaurants and Restaurant Marketing for 24 years. Kristin has worked on the franchisee side, the franchisor side and has been a franchisee herself giving her a broad and balanced understanding of the restaurant industry. Kristin has extensive experience in successful strategic planning, marketing and advertising campaign development and execution, creative development, concept branding, media placement, strategic partnership development and menu and beverage program management.

Kristin joined the TKFO team in 2008.  In her current role with the Tilted Kilt, Kristin manages all Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Menu Management, Alcoholic Beverage Program Management, Creative/Branding and Web functions for the company.


Mark Hanby - Vice President of Development

Mark Hanby is no stranger to franchising – in fact, he has been involved in restaurant franchising and business management for over 20 years. He is also no stranger to Tilted Kilt president, Ron Lynch. The two partnered in 1992, to facilitate the licensing and locating of over 100 Schlotzsky’s Delis. In the process, they won numerous awards for Customer Service and Unit Volume along with many other distinctions.

Since joining the Tilted Kilt Team in 2007, market development design and franchisee recruitment have become Mark’s passions.


EVAN KENVILLE – VP OF TECHNOLOGY & TRAINING

Evan Kenville has over 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry starting from a very early age, working his way up from a busser to a server, bartender, manager, F & B Director and General Manger.  He has extensive experience in Information Services and Technology including certifications and specialties in Radiant systems and Aloha.  He has managed the technology rollout at over 200 new store openings.

Evan joined the TKFO team in 2010.  In his current role he oversees Information Services, Construction, Training and Equipment.
