QUESTIONS FOR YOUR LOCAL PUB

Question: Do you take reservations online or by email?
Answer: 
At this time, we do not accept reservations requested via email or the website.  Please call your local Tilted Kilt to request a reservation.

Question: There’s a Tilted Kilt under construction near me, when will it open?
Answer: 
Due to the multiple factors that influence a Pub opening, it can be very difficult to guarantee a particular opening date more than two weeks prior.  If a phone number is available, please call the Pub for an update.  Also, you can “Like” the Tilted Kilt location on Facebook to receive periodic updates.  If the Pub you are seeking is not yet on our locations page, please stay tuned.  All of our new Tilted Kilt locations appreciate your patience.

Question: How do I request a donation for my charity?
Answer: 
If you would like to request a donation for your charity, please call your local Tilted Kilt and ask to speak to the General Manager.

Question: How do I request sponsorship of my local sports team?
Answer:

Question: How do I book my band to perform at Tilted Kilt?
Answer: 
If you would like your band to perform at a Tilted Kilt location, please call the Pub you wish to perform at and ask to speak to the General Manager.

Question: Will you be showing the game?
Answer: 
Sports-viewing schedules vary by location, please call your local Tilted Kilt to inquire.

Question: How do I check the balance on my gift card?
Answer:
To check the balance on your gift card, please call your local Tilted Kilt and ask the hostess.  At this time, we do not have an online portal for checking gift card balances.

Question: I’ve been overcharged on my debit/credit card.  How do I get this reversed?
Answer: 
We apologize for the error and the inconvenience.  Please call the Tilted Kilt you visited and ask to speak to a Manager.

Question: I am a Tilted Kilt employee and I need a copy of my W-2 form?

MISC.

Question: I want to purchase a Tilted Kilt costume!  How do I do that?
Answer:  We appreciate your interest in owning a Tilted Kilt costume.  Our costumes are registered/protected through the Federal Trademark & Patent Office, and therefore are not for sale to the general public. Only Tilted Kilt employees can wear a Tilted Kilt Costume per our mandated guidelines.
