All based at our headquarters in Tempe, AZ, these executives are responsible for spreading the concept, upholding brand standards and ultimately delivering the idea that “A Cold Beer Never Looked So Good.”

Ron Lynch
President

Ron Lynch, CFE, is President of the Tilted Kilt Operating Franchise, LLC.  Ron acquired the franchise rights to the Tilted Kilt concept in 2005 and began franchising in 2006. Through his leadership the franchise has been recognized by “Restaurants & Institutions” as Emerging Chains: 10 to Track (2008). They were also recognized as number 2 by “Restaurant Business” The Future 50 (2009). Ron has over 25 years experience in franchising and opened over 100 Schlotzsky’s Delis in multiple states. He won the coveted “GOLDEN BUN” award several times as Developer of the Year.  As a result of this success and his long term relationships in the industry, he has been able to assemble a top level management team. The Tilted Kilt brand is fueled by Ron’s commitment to The Code of the Clan Tilted Kilt by which he expects every person at every level of the organization to operate. The code embodies the values of pride, integrity, respect, strong work ethic and fun. He is a member of the International Franchise Association, has been a speaker at IFA-sponsored conferences and has earned the designation of CFE (Certified Franchise Executive). Ron is past president and an active member of the Tempe Diablos, a civic organization with a focus on Youth, the City of Tempe and Education.

Mike Stevens
Senior Vice President of Operations

Mike Stevens is a senior manager with extensive experience in restaurant operations. Mike brings 25 years of experience in sales building, line item control, recruiting, personnel management, site selection, purchasing and budgeting to his role as Senior Vice President of Operations.

Mike’s background also includes roles as an area franchise director of the largest demographic area in the U.S., training director of over 225 units, start-up operations and restaurant construction.

In his current role with the Tilted Kilt, Mike handles the day-to-day management of the Training, Purchasing, Operations and Construction departments.

Kristin Cronhardt
Vice President of Marketing

Kristin Cronhardt has been involved in Franchise Restaurants and Restaurant Marketing for almost 20 years. Kristin has worked on the franchisee side, the franchisor side and has been a franchisee herself giving her a unique perspective of the restaurant business. Kristin has extensive experience in successful marketing and advertising campaign development and execution, creative development, concept branding, media placement and strategic partnership development.

In her current role with the Tilted Kilt, Kristin manages all Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Menu Development, Branding, Internet and Social Media functions for the company.

Mark Hanby
Vice President of Development

Mark Hanby is no stranger to franchising – in fact, he has been involved in restaurant franchising and business management for over 20 years. He is also no stranger to Tilted Kilt president, Ron Lynch. The two partnered in 1992, to facilitate the licensing and locating of over 100 Schlotzsky's Delis. In the process, they won numerous awards for Customer Service and Unit Volume along with many other distinctions.

Since joining the Tilted Kilt Team in 2007, market development design and franchisee recruitment have become Mark’s passions.
